As fragrance is a cosmetic and personal use product, returns and exchanges are not accepted. 

In the rare event that a bottle arrives damaged, an exchange may be arranged following review. Refunds are not applicable in such cases. To initiate a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including your name, order number, a brief description of the concern, and an image of the item received.

If an incorrect item has been delivered, the package must be returned unopened and in its original condition. Upon assessment, a replacement will be issued. Refunds remain unavailable.
